Cop fired from his job for shooting at van full of children.

Cop is fired from his job as a cop after he fired his weapon at a van full of innocent children. What would have happened if one or more of the bullets fired by this cop had ricocheted off the pavement and hit people in on coming traffic killing, or wounding them? Cop needs to be jailed for his reckless endangerment to civilians, not just fired from his job!
